Without the process of photosynthesis, life on Earth would be very bland. While the photosynthetic process varies from organism to organism, there are three indispensable elements that no photosynthetic organism can exist without – light, carbon dioxide and water.
I see the process of photosynthesis as one similar to bringing life to people; in this context the people I refer to are our customers.
There are three activities that take place when Customer Inspiration is at play, without these three elements their experience is at risk of being pretty bland.
Customer inspiration activity looks like this:
- Firstly you see a certain confidence from the customer and a belief in what they are buying.
- Secondly the customer will feel an emotional engagement to the product or service which results in them feeling connected to your brand/business.
- Thirdly the customer’s decision making will be quite quick and they will rarely hesitate, making it a speedy process.
Whichever employee is creating these inspired activities to your customers I have two words for you: KEEP THEM!
Customer inspiration is a result of inspired activity that leaves a residue, a vibration, something that lasts for hours, days or weeks to come.
Inspired customers will believe in your business, they will spend more money without hesitating and be far more efficient at making purchasing decisions.
