If you are selling a product or service, you are most likely in the business of making change happen.
You will have good visibility on who you are serving. Some of you will know the archetype of your customers: where they live, what they like to eat, how they buy, and what they desire. Knowing your customers on such a deep level allows you to continually meet their demands. Bravo, you are well equipped to serve those you see.
But what about those you don’t see?
I have many clients in the medical industry who serve business to business (B2B). These clients offer products and services to doctors, nurses and medical experts who help patients impacted by ill- health.
These are the customers my clients don’t see. They serve thousands of people they will never meet, never understand, never hear from, nor ever see. They will never measure the change they helped to make.
The expansion of your service goes far beyond the person in front of you. Your impact, your purpose, your connection to meaning and the real stories that your products and services touch are what inspire others.
