The reason I love teaching service in businesses is because its simple and it makes the world a better place.
In every interaction you and your teams participate in, do you make people feel seen, heard and important?
John Dewey an American Philosopher worked this out in the 1920’s. He said; The greatest urge of any human, is the desire to feel important.
Do that. Make people feel important and you are delivering exceptional service. Not hard. In fact so simple that we sometimes forget.
