Jaquie Scammell is currently seeking a full time Executive Assistant.
She is a Thought Leader in Customer Service and her business has tripled in size since relaunching back in 2017. An author, speaker and mentor; Jaquie has a diverse group of clients that represent various industries. She nurtures each client relationship with care, kindness and one on one attention and can have up to 20 clients at any one time. She delivers on average 30 keynotes a year to various conferences, writes a book each year, blogs weekly, runs public programs, events and retreats, sits on two boards; one of which she is the Chair and is a certified mentor for the Thought Leaders Business School.
She travels weekly. Meditates and practices yoga daily and always has a new project, plan or project underway. Jaquie is an entrepreneur at heart with an extensive corporate background that brings strong disciplines and practices to her team’s work. She has a busy social life, a long list of projects she gives energy to and is constantly expanding and growing the business in the spirit of helping more humans reach their full potential through the act of service.

In a nutshell your job is to make Jaquie’s life easier by thinking one step ahead and removing any obstacles that get in the way of her delivering her work and protecting her energy.
You’ll not only support Jaquie in her work but engage with the various clients and stakeholders that Jaquie works with on a day to day basis from all over Australia and abroad. You are confident in your professional communication, your ability to manage competing priorities and understand you’re representing not just Jaquie but a growing business and all of the team behind it.
You are empathetic, curious, energetic and positive. Most of all, you have an appetite for growth and keen to develop your emotional and spiritual intelligence further.
It goes without saying that you have excellent administrative capabilities, and have previous experience supporting senior executives or founding directors in an EA capacity. The industries you’ve worked in give you a rich experience to share.
